The story
Halden Works runs 60 building sites at any moment, and every site sends invoices. Matching them to purchase orders was a job for three people.
They started with the Billing agent in shadow mode: it prepared matches, people approved them. After a month they allowed it to pay anything under $2,000 that matched exactly.
