NOTE
What an AI agent actually is, in plain words
It is software that can read, decide within limits and act, then tell you what it did. Here is how to think about it.

NIGHT FLOOR · NOTE
+

An AI agent is a helper that can take a small job from start to finish. It reads the request, looks up what it needs, does the work and writes down what happened.
The important word is limits. A good agent is given a clear job, the tools it needs, and rules about when to stop and ask a person.
The three parts
Every useful agent has the same three parts: a job, some tools and a set of rules. If any one is missing, it either does nothing or does too much.
That is why NextAI shows all three on one screen for every agent.
